How do I purchase my course?

1. Select your course on our Training Page.

2. Book Your Session

Under "Book Your Session" select your date, enter your details & pay your booking fee.

3. Receive Email.

You will receive an email confirmation along with your unique link to your online training platform. You can also see your purchases when you login to your account page and find your unique link.

4. Log in to complete your theory online.

All of our online theory modules have detailed information & videos to guide you along the way. Please allow at least 25-30hrs to complete your theory training, we recommend you book your practical training dates at least 2 weeks in advance to give yourself time to complete this.

5. Pay for the remaining balance of your course.

Follow the link in your confirmation email/online account to pay the rest of your course in instalments or in full.

How do I pay my remaining course fee?

You will receive an email when you initially book your course, confirming your booking fee. Follow the link in your confirmation email/online account to pay the rest of your course in instalments or in full.

How do I view my online training?

You will receive an email confirmation along with your unique link to your online training platform after setting up your payment plan or completing your payment.
The links should be shown on both the payment confirmation email (at the bottom) but another specific training email should follow (please check your spam just in case).

You can also see your purchases when you login to your account page and find your unique link.

Why doesn't my training link work any more?

If you joined our training programme before we became the PMU Pro, your old link may not work. The training programme can now be found at the link: https://thepmupro.gurucan.com/
The link remain the same apart from our brand name, so for example if your previous link was:
https://birminghamcreatives.gurucan.com/app/604a3e9fa3e90f660f9497
Just replace the brand name so it is now:
https://thepmupro.gurucan.com/app/604a3e9fa3e90f660f9497

Treatments

How do I book my treatment?

You can book you treatments by opening your desired treatment from the treatment page.
You just need to select your treatment, choose a date, then add your booking details and pay your booking fee.

Do I have to pay a booking fee?

A £50 booking fee is required to secure your treatment. The rest of the fee is paid on the day of you appointment.

You can enter your details or enquire to become a model from our model registration page.

Please ensure you fill in our Covid-19 up to 24 hours before visiting our premises for any training or treatment.

What are the latest deals?

  • Deals will be advertised on our social media platforms and usually shown at the top of the website when available.
  • Further information about our deals can always be found on our Terms and Conditions page.

How do I apply a voucher code?

  • In order to use a discount voucher, please enter the voucher code at the checkout stage in the "Coupon Code" box and click "Apply Coupon"
  • Terms for each voucher must be met in order for it to apply successfully.
  • Some vouchers may require a full payment in order for them to apply (such as treatments) and will not work with just paying for a deposit

I have paid my deposit with a voucher code, how do I complete my payment?

  • Upon paying your deposit you will get an email that follows with a link of how to complete your payment.
  • You will also find a special "discount" link on the email, which is applicable to those who have used a voucher code when paying their deposit. Click here to view the discounted remaining payments page.
  • Please note: If you use the discount link without using a discount code, your payment plan will get cancelled, or the correct balance will be requested if paid in full.
