Payment and cancellation policy:
- Booking fees need to be paid before the course date to secure the space on the course, if the booking fee is not made the space will not be secured. Before making any payment, please use our booking system to make sure the space you want is available. We can’t guarantee the chosen space on the course is available, without making the initial payment. To clarify the word “deposit” refers to a “booking fee”, which is non-refundable.
- Training - If you are unable to attend the course on your scheduled date , we will do our very best to offer an alternative date but this is a subject to availability and it is not guaranteed. We ask that you give us at least 30 days for course date changes. The academy reserves the right to cancel your course should you give any less than this.
- Training dates are not transferable during any promotions or course fee reduction deals or sales- the course fee at the time of booking is non transferable under any circumstances and your course fee will not be reduced if you cancel and re book your dates to attempt to obtain a reduced fee.
- The payment of balance for the course needs to be paid in full at least 14 days before attending your course, unless you have agreed an alternative payment plan. Receipts for all payments will be provided via email upon request. If the full payment is not made 14 days before the course start date your space will be cancelled.
- If you have chosen to pay in instalments you will be required to provide 2 forms of id on the first day of your training, one to be photographic such as passport or driving license and one to be proof of address such as utility bill or council tax bill or letter dated within the last 3 months.
I understand that if I choose to pay via the payment plan option my payments are due on the dates specified within my contract and if payments are late, my payment plan will be cancelled and full payment will be due immediately.
A late payment charge of £5 per day will be added from the first overdue date of payment.
My credit score could also be affected if payments are late.
